1. Identify a promising section of forest, with trees of quality - dead, standing and burned.
2. Log, load and haul the trees (2-3 days per log).
3. Quality control/Moisture testing
4. Wood is milled with band mills on the ranch.
5. Wood is sanded, finished, and designed - ends are carved and shaped out (not straight cuts)
6. Hand wiped with Danish oils or a varnish.
7. Allowed to cure.
8. Shipped to customer.
